The Champions League last 16 is just around the corner, but Valencia and Atletico Madrid are focussed on qualifying for next year's tournament right now and they'll be targeting three LaLiga Santander points on Friday night when they meet at Mestalla.
Currently, Atleti are in fourth place on 39 points, while Los Che are just two points behind in seventh.
Atletico Madrid have welcomed back Jose Maria Gimenez and Alvaro Morata for this one, even if the latter may start on the bench.
Yet the capital city side are still missing a few players as Kieran Trippier, Hector Herrera, Joao Felix and Diego Costa are still out injured.
Valencia have even more absences, starting with the suspension of January right-back signing Alessandro Florenzi following his red card at Getafe last weekend.
Then they're also without the injured Jasper Cillessen, Cristiano Piccini, Ezequiel Garay, Francis Coquelin, Rodrigo Moreno and Manu Vallejo.
It'll be a tough game for both sides as they chase three very important points.
Atalanta and Liverpool will have to wait until after this blockbuster Friday night match.
