Erling Haaland will be fit for Borussia Dortmund's Champions League meeting with Sevilla after the striker exited their Klassiker defeat at Bayern Munich with a knock.

The Norwegian had scored twice inside the opening 10 minutes at the Allianz Arena, taking his Bundesliga goal tally to 19 for the season, only to see Bayern fight back to win 4-2.

Haaland watched the two decisive goals from the sidelines after picking up a knock following a collision with Jerome Boateng that forced him off.

However, interim coach Edin Terzic signalled that Haaland would be fine for Dortmund's Champions League last-16, second leg meeting with Sevilla on Tuesday night.

Haaland scored twice as Dortmund won the away first leg 3-2 last month.

'[He] has signalled that it is not a big problem,' Terzic said, adding it was just 'a small blow' and that he would be fit for the midweek game.

Terzic did suggest that Haaland, 20, may benefit from a rest amid a hectic schedule, saying: 'Erling has been playing every game for weeks, we have to protect him a bit.'

In a thrilling match on Saturday night, Bayern stormed back from Haaland's two early goals to win and preserve their two-point advantage at the Bundesliga summit.

Robert Lewandowski scored a hat-trick, with Leon Goretzka also on target, with the final two goals coming in the last few minutes.

Dortmund are sixth in the table, now four points off the Champions League places.
