LAST TIME OUT...

CLICK TO SEEHIT OR MISS: £100m Icardi → Chelsea? Denis ⇄ Ramsey? Will they move in January?

Last week it was Chelsea who caught the eyes with rumours saying that Nicolo Barella, Leandro Paredes and even Mauro Icardi may be transferred to the London giants.

While none have materialized yet, AFers do wish to see those rumours happen with 24.5% favouring Icardi for a Chelsea move. Also, 11.4% voters say yes to Denis Suarez's story with Arsenal and 10.3% want to see Christian Eriksen joins Real Madrid.

But this week, the story with Chelsea is all about another top Serie A goalscorer...

Gonzalo Higuain → Chelsea?

Fee: Loan until end of the season

Credibility: ★★★★★

RUMOURChelsea reach agreement with Juventus on Higuain loan deal (Sky Italia)

The stage is all set for Higuain to reunite with Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea as Alvaro Morata is set to leave the Stamford Bridge.

It is only a loan deal but will be welcomed by the Blues fans considering the lack of firepower from Morata and Olivier Giroud.

Alvaro Morata → Barcelona? Atletico Madrid?

Fee: Loan until end of the season

Credibility: ★★★☆☆ (Barcelona) / ★★★★☆ (Atletico)

RUMOURS

Morata wants minutes guaranteed before Barcelona move (SPORT)

Atletico offer Kalinic & Gelson as part of Morata deal (Goal)

Meanwhile, Morata - A former Real Madrid player - is set to return to La Liga with Los Blancos' utter rivals Barcelona and Atletico showing serious interests.

He is in desperate need to save his career but sitting on the Camp Nou bench certainly wouldn't help, leaving Atletico as the favourite destination.

Olivier Giroud / Fernando Llorente / Lucas Perez / Cristhian Stuani → Barcelona?

Fee: Loan until end of the season

Credibility: ★☆☆☆☆

RUMOURBarcelona's strange striker shortlist: Morata and more PL flops under watch

Okay. We know Barcelona want a striker to cover for Luis Suarez, but any of the above names are good enough to play for them? Nah.

Krzysztof Piatek → Real Madrid? AC Milan?

Fee: Loan (Madrid) / €40m (Milan)

Credibility: ★★☆☆☆ (Madrid) / ★★★★☆ (Milan)

RUMOURS:

Real Madrid eyeing January loan deal for Genoa striker Piatek (Onda Madrid)

Piatek ready to put pen to paper on a five-year contract with Milan (GdS)

23-year-old Polish hitman Piatek is second on Serie A's goalscoring chart with 13 goals - just one behind Cristiano Ronaldo.

He doesn't want to join Ronaldo's former club though, instead insisting on moving to San Siro to replace the outgoing Higuain.

Eder Militao → Real Madrid?

Fee: €50m

Credibility: ★★★☆☆

RUMOUR: €50m-rated Militao could become a Real Madrid player in the coming days

Another player linked with Real Madrid is Porto's 20-year-old centre-back Militao, who is reportedly scouted by Los Blancos for just five games.

Barcelona signed Jean-Clair Todibo last week and Real Madrid do not want to miss out on another talent so they decide to react quickly.

Frenkie de Jong → Barcelona? Real Madrid? PSG?

Fee: €75m

Credibility: ★★☆☆☆ (Barcelona) / ★★★☆☆ (Madrid) / ★★★★☆ (PSG)

RUMOURS:

Barcelona will make final attempt to convince Frenkie De Jong (Sport)

Real Madrid join the race to sign Frenkie de Jong (Sport)

De Jong snubs Barcelona for PSG, per multiple reports

It gives us a feeling that De Jong has been linked with every top European club for the past six months and now PSG have the upper hands on him.

Barcelona might feel hard done by after falling short due to a broken promise, but should they get Adrien Rabiot then it is not that bad after all.

James Rodriguez → Arsenal?

Fee: Not known yet

Credibility: ☆☆☆☆☆

RUMOURJames Rodriguez could be the man to replace Ozil at Arsenal

Even Unai Emery admits that Arsenal have no money to purchase a player in the January transfer window.

So if they can't at first get Mesut Ozil off of their wage bills, it is impossible for them to even think of James Rodriguez.

Ciro Immobile → Liverpool? Chelsea?

Fee: >€50m

Credibility: ★★☆☆☆

RUMOURLiverpool and Chelsea both keeping tabs on Lazio striker Immobile

Both Liverpool and Chelsea have been struggling to sign a true goalscorer in recent years, think about Christian Benteke and Alvaro Morata.

Immobile is a good one though, netting 80 goals in 112 appearances for Lazio, who might price the Premier League giants out to keep their star man.

Willian → Barcelona?

Fee: £50m

Credibility: ★★☆☆☆

RUMOURChelsea reject an offer from Barcelona to swap Willian for Malcom+cash (Telegraph)

Ernesto Valverde has been a huge admirer of Willian but Chelsea just won't let the 30-year-old go.

Willian is having an underwhelming season with just three goals and three assists in Premier League though.

Malcom → Tottenham?

Fee: Not known yet

Credibility: ★★★☆☆

RUMOUR: Tottenham in transfer talks with Barcelona over January deal for Malcom (Sport)

Finally Tottenham are looking for some transfer activities, but it is because Harry Kane is injured and Son Heung-min has left for Asian Cup with South Korea national team.

Malcom often fails to even make the matchday squad at Barcelona and given Spurs will give him chance to play, he should consider a move seriously.

Aaron Ramsey → Juventus?

Fee: Free in the summer

Credibility: ★★★★★

RUMOURRamsey signs pre-contract agreement to join Juventus in summer (Sky Italia)

It becomes football's worst-kept secret that Ramsey is joining Juventus after failing to agree contract extension with Arsenal.

It is understood that he will be earning €7m per year plus bonuses in the next five years with the Serie A champions.

Marouane Fellaini → AC Milan? Porto? Guangzhou Evergrande?

Fee: £15m

Credibility: ★★★☆☆

RUMOURFellaini closes in on Man Utd exit with Solskjaer open to January transfer

When you play attacking and fluent football, there's hardly a place for Fellaini. And it seems that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer agrees so.

He featured frequently for former Manchester United managers like David Moyes, Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho, but has not played the last four league games.
