One year on from the passing of Emiliano Sala, Sevilla paid their own tribute as Diego Carlos, his former teammate from Nantes, joined in the celebrations of Lucas Ocampos' goal, the second in their 3-1 win over Levante.
Ocampos scored the second goal in the Copa del Rey game and Carlos produced a shirt with a special message.
"Emi, always with us," it read.
A year has passed since the plane taking Sala to complete a transfer to Cardiff City disappeared off the radar over the English Channel.
Sevilla defender Carlos was one of many who was highly engaged with the hunt via social media, not hiding his distress at the events.
He remembered his friend on Tuesday evening.
