Inter full-back Achraf Hakimi said the Nerazzurri are eager ‘to prove we are the Italian champions’ and want to win over Juventus ‘for our fans’.
The Beneamata has continued with full intensity after securing the Scudetto and have picked up wins over Sampdoria and Roma in their last two games.
Hakimi was in a good mood after the 3-1 win over the Giallorossi and wants to ‘continue like this’.
“We are happy for the win and for the work we are doing,” Hakimi told InterTV. “We must continue like this.
“We have to continue as we have done this season. We must prove that we are the Italian champions.”
Next up is a trip to the Allianz Stadium to face Juventus in the next game and Hakimi wants to give the fans something extra to cheer about in Turin.
“Now, we must recover,” Hakimi said. “From tomorrow we have to think about the next match.
“It will be important for our fans, who want to win it.”
