Milan are on the verge of agreeing a deal for Empoli midfielder Ismael Bennacer.
Bennacer’s proposed switch to Milan threatened to fall through earlier in the week over personal terms.
However, Gianluca Di Marzio assures the problem has been resolved after his representatives accepted a contract offer from the Rossoneri.
Consequently, a deal could be finalised as early as tomorrow, although the 21-year-old is still on international duty with Algeria at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The former Arsenal youngster helped his country reach the semi-finals on Thursday after they beat Ivory Coast on penalties.
Milan, for their part, are expected to pay €16m plus €1m in bonuses for the player.
