Atlético de Madrid and the Italian club have reached an agreement over the transfer of the Argentina goalkeeper, who has signed for us until 2028.
Atlético de Madrid and Atalanta have reached an agreement over the signing of Juan Musso, who has signed for our club until 2028. The Argentine goalkeeper spent this season on loan with us.
Having risen through the ranks at Club de Regatas San Nicolás, he signed for Racing Club de Avellaneda in 2012, where he was crowned Argentine Champion in 2014. Later on, he made the leap to Europe signing for Udinese, before joining Atalanta, where he played for three seasons and lifted the Europa League in 2024.
Last summer, he moved to our club on loan, where he made nine appearances - seven in the Copa del Rey and two in LaLiga - keeping six clean sheets.
Additionally, Musso plays with Argentina’s national team, having made his debut in 2019 before going on to win the Copa América in 2021 and the Finalissima in 2022.
