Mourinho has made it clear to the Roma hierarchy that the Swiss star is among his top targets.
Xhaka offered a cryptic response when questioned on his Gunners future.
He told Look: "Arsenal know what I want to do… it is very beautiful here (in Rome)."
Xhaka is so desperate to secure a move to Roma that he is prepared to give up his Arsenal bonuses if it means securing a move to Roma.
