Inter Milan will look to sign Premier League strikers Anthony Martial or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as a replacement for Lautaro Martinez, who is expected to sign for Barcelona this summer.

Mercurial Argentinian Martinez is reportedly seen as the long-term as the long term replacement for Luis Suarez by the Catalan club and a €150million move is on the cards, according to Tuttosport.

With Inter increasingly fearful that their star man will leave the San Siro this summer, they are already planning for his replacement, with Manchester United striker Martial and Arsenal captain Aubameyang on the list, according to The Mirror.

Inter boss Antonio Conte has looked to the Premier League for his signings on several occasions after completing deals for Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez, Christian Eriksen, Ashley Young and Victor Moses this season.

Martial has scored 14 goals for United this season but has come in for criticism during his inconsistent spell at Old Trafford since joining as a teenager for a blockbuster fee in 2015.

Aubameyang was recently made Arsenal club captain but his long-term future at the club has been questioned as he stalls on contract talks amid reports he wants to return to playing Champions League football again.

Inter could offer that for the Gabon international, unlike Arsenal who sit in 11th in the Premier League and have been absent from Europe's top club competition for three seasons.

RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner is also reportedly on the list of options for Inter, while Dries Mertens and Olivier Giroud, who both have contracts set to expire in the summer, are also touted as candidates.

Barcelona striker Suarez has had five successful seasons with the Catalan club, winning four La Liga titles and lifting the Champions League in 2015, but at age 33 may struggle to continue firing at the very top level in years to come.
