Juventus hold talks with Pjanic's agent

Thursday saw Barcelona make it clear that they are still looking to sell both Miralem Pjanic and Samuel Umtiti.

The Bosnian midfielder is keen on a move back to his old club Juventus, and it appears that both parties are willing to put their cards on the table.

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport have reported that a meeting took place between Pjanic's agent, Fali Ramadani, and Juventus' representatives in Milan on Wednesday. Bringing the 31-year-old back to Turin won't be straightforward, however.

A deal depends on the departure of Aaron Ramsey, which would then free up wages to bring in Pjanic.

Until that happens, talks will continue, but it must be remembered that Pjanic was an integral part of Massimiliano Allegri's squad during his first spell at Juventus. The Italian was reappointed as Andrea Pirlo's successor this summer.
