Manchester United are reportedly considering make a summer move for Everton forward Richarlison.

The former Watford man signed for the Toffees for a fee which could rise to £50million prior to the start of this season and has scored 14 times in his debut campaign on Merseyside.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is plotting a huge rebuild as he bids to reverse the fortunes of the Red Devils, who have lost seven of their last nine matches, report The Telegraph.

And central to that is the addition of a versatile forward, with Richarlison fitting the bill as someone who can play centrally or on either flank.

Jadon Sancho is another player on United's wishlist - but it looks increasingly likely they will have to tempt players to Old Trafford without the lure of Champions League football.

Solskjaer's side sit three points adrift of fourth-placed Chelsea with just three games remaining.

Richarlison opened the scoring as Everton humbled United 4-0 at Goodison Park on Sunday.

And given their outlay on the Brazilian, the Blues would be understandably reluctant to listen to any offers for the 21-year-old.

Richarlison is unlikely to be fit for this weekend's match against Crystal Palace after being forced out of the win against United with a rib injury.

He played under Everton boss Marco Silva at Watford and the two were reunited at Goodison.

Richarlison netted twice on his Brazil debut in September and has also been linked with AC Milan and Barcelona .
