Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic is ready to snub a Premier League move in favour of a Serie A switch in the summer.
That's according to Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport , who reckon Inter Milan are ready to make a move for the experienced Croatian.
Rakitic previously stated he had no intention of leaving Barcelona , but talks surrounding his future in Spain after the signing of Frenkie De Jong has significantly changed his situation.
He is now reportedly set to consider a move when the young Dutchman arrives in the summer.
There has been talk of Premier League interest from the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea , but Inter are now ready to offer him a fresh challenge.
La Gazzetta believe Rakitic is currently favouring a move to the Italian club, with Barcelona set to demand a €30million fee for the 30-year-old.
The Serie A side are also report to have an interest in Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, 33, as they look to close the gap on champions Juventus following their recent dominance of Italian football.
