Tottenham and Leicester are monitoring rising German starlet Ismail Jakobs.
The Premier League duo plus Italian side Roma have been alerted to the 20 year-old left-winger following his breakthrough at Cologne this season.
Jakobs came through Cologne's ranks and was only handed his Bundesliga debut in November against Hoffenheim.
But he has quickly become a regular, starting in all bar one of their league games since his bow and impressing with his speed, skill and hard working displays down Cologne's left flank.
He is also comfortable at left back, and in total Jakobs has featured nine times, scoring twice, and played a key part in Cologne's dramatic upturn in form, winning five of their last six games to pull clear of the relegation zone.
Jakobs is tipped for big things in Germany and to develop quickly now he is being exposed to regular senior football.
His potential was underlined when he ended his first full month in Cologne's senior team by being named Bundesliga's rookie of the month for December.
Jakobs is currently contracted to Cologne until 2022.
