Experts of last DAILY TOPIC: What do you think is the top 3 youth academy of football  in the world?

@ABhishek_FCBIf there is a discussion about youth academies and you don't discuss about La Masia. Then your discussion is meaningless!!!

Based on philosophy of 'Total Football' derivative of Tiki taka, a pass and move possesion game predicated on supreme technical skills ,La Masia has produced plethora of talented players who have conquered footballing world with their determination and mind-blowing skillset. Xavi, Ineista , Fabregas, Busi, Thiago Alacantra, Messi and so on...

It has one unique achievement which can't be matched in near future..in 2010 all 3 Ballon d'Or finalists were La Masia graduates - Messi, Ineista and Xavi...

Then comes AFC AJAX youth academy.. Both 'Total Football' and its greatest practitioner, Johan Cruyff, were molded in the Ajax academy.

Many of the core tenets of that philosophy remain today, with all age groups playing a fast, interchanging 4-3-3 system with an emphasis on 'TIPS': Technique, Insight, Personality and Speed. In present days there are many talented players habe come up from thia academy like Christian Eriksen, Thoams Varmaelen, Justin Cluivert, Matthias De Ligt and so on.

Then comes the Manchester United Youth Academy.. A youth program which once trained Sir Bobby Charlton and who could forget Class of '92 led by David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Neville Brothers and Ryan Giggs followed by Javier Hernandes, Chris Smalling and now Markus Rashford .

So for me these three are the best youth academies.Thoams Varmaelen, Justin Cluivert, Matthias De Ligt and comp.. Then comes the Manchester United Youth Academy.. @Vaishnavk:

SL Benfica: The Benfica youth academy, also known as the Seixal after the region it is located, features a State of the Art Training facilities and has served Europe with a range of talents, while also leading the club to become the most successful club in Portugal with 79 trophies in their 112 year long history.

They won the double last season (Primeira Liga and Taca de Portugal 2016-2017)???. Current Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa, Manchester City's new starlet Bernardo Silva and Swasea's Renato Sanches are some of the graduates of the Seixal academy, while former Ballon D'Or and two times European Golden Boot winner Eusebio stands out as their biggest star of all time. He too can also be described as a Benfica product since he entered the gates of Estádio da Luz at the age of 18♥♥.Other former talents who have been part of the youth academy of Benfica at some point are; Lazar Markovic, Angel di Maria, Andre Gomes and profilic striker Nuno Gomes.⭐⭐⭐
