While Gary Neville has been celebrating his 46th birthday on Thursday, his former Manchester United team-mates and rivals certainly didn't miss their opportunity to mock him.
The ex-United right back has been enjoying a quiet birthday amid the ongoing Covid restrictions but his footballing pals have done their best to make it one to remember.
Former United team-mate Patrice Evra sent his greetings to Neville on Twitter and was quick to brutally mock his horrid brief spell at Valencia, joking that he served up 'fish and chips' during his time at the club.
The charismatic Frenchman, alongside a picture of the pair laughing together during their playing days, wrote: 'Happy birthday @GNev2 thank you for helping me to settle at @ManUtd.
'But why you serve fish and chips to la liga they only wanted a simple paella (sic). After 3 months bye bye amigo.'
Neville's fellow Sky Sports pundit and former Liverpool arch rival Jamie Carragher was also just as relentless.
Carragher, who has struck up quite the friendship with Neville during their Monday Night Football antics together, wrote: 'Happy birthday @GNev2'.
But alongside his birthday message, the ex-Liverpool centre back uploaded a picture of a large and tattooed lookalike of Neville.
Their partnership in the Monday Night Football studio has become quite the thing, as they regularly mock each other while analysing the week's action, while also regularly taunting one another's teams on social media.
Neville's Sky Sports colleague, Laura Woods, also got involved in the social media antics on Thursday.
The presenter posted a picture of each other during their Sky duties but with a twist, with their faces superimposed onto one another's.
Now with the birthday greetings out of the way, Neville will be hoping he is celebrating at the end of the night with United in Europa League action against Real Sociedad.
After being knocked out at the group stage of the Champions League, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side face Sociedad 'away' in the first leg of their last-32 tie.
The fixture is being played in Turin at Juventus' stadium due to Covid travel restrictions between England and Spain.

Favorite Gary Neville moment, I love the self-realization that coaching might actually not be his forté, so he stuck with punditry and that's where he's excellent... Happy birthday
