That is because they know Man Utd have the strongest fan base and would not want the Ethihad look like a home ground to Man Utd since Man Utd now have that habit of Beating City at the Ethihad. They r scared and want to do everything possible to take away United's confidence at playing at the Ethihad. City have alway been jealous and envious of Man Utd.
