The things that make a good coach.

1. Understand the strengths and weakness of each player.

2. Have a good relationship with each player

3. Praise a player in public and scold him in private chat

4. Be ready to change your tactics according to the situation

5. Don't be overconfident. 

6. Treat the staff and players as your family.

7. Never underestimate an opponent.

1. Never blame your player for their lost just let them know about their mistakes.

2. Give chances to your youth player.

3. Don't sign player you don't need. Save the money for future use.

4. You should atleast have 2 old players who could lead the team. 

5. Always sign those players who is good for team playing style.

6. Never sign players just because of their name.

2. Dissecting and analyzing every loses. 

3. Open door for every best possible advice from either players or coaching crew or staff in most difficult situations.
