If talking about penalty, this clearly a handball. Some will say sterling shoot it, some will say UCL final situation. This all about the referees decision. It can be penalty or not a penalty, many game happen it before. Learn have to accept it, guys.
If talking about gameplay, honestly, M.C not really play well in this game, especially keeper, Bravo, really not a very good keeper, and the defend lines, fernandinho and rodri clearly not do well in they part.
Liverpool gameplay very well, they defend really better than M.C, midfield also do well , high pressure, no panic,this is truth.
What i can say is, the bad form m.c face the top form liverpool.

For the 1st handball, the ball touched B.Silva's hand 1st before touching TAA's... The referee had a clear view of the incident... For the 2nd handball, in MY OPINION, Sterling was looking for a penalty by shooting the ball towards TAA's hand... Although i am a City fan, i think Pep had gotten his tactics wrong in this match...✌
