David Beckham had to watch his son Romeo get trolled from the stands during Brentford's defeat to non-league side Hendon.
Brentford's B team lost 3-1 Hendon in the quarter-final of the London Senior Cup on Monday, and David, wearing a beige jacket, a brown wooly hat, blue jeans and white trainers, was in attendance at Silver Jubilee Park, Brent, to soak up the action. But the Manchester United icon had to wait 73 minutes to see his son enter the fray with the scores at 1-1.
Hendon went on to bag two goals to win the tie, and Romeo was ruthlessly trolled by the buoyant home fans who sang: "Romeo Beckham, it's all your fault," as the defeated Brentford side exited the pitch. But David didn't stick around for long after the final whistle, and was seen leaving the stadium when Hendon's third goal hit the net in stoppage time.
Romeo had better luck last month in Brentford's youth team's game against Wealdstone, where the 20-year-old came off the bench in stoppage time to bag an epic winner, which left fans insisting that he should be bumped up to the Bees' first-team.
Will Romeo be able to emulate dad David Beckham's football career? Let us know in the comments section
David wasn't present to witness his son's heroics that time, but the 47-year-old has seen his son in action on a few occasions since he made the loan switch from Inter Miami. After Romeo made the move in January, the Miami owner shared his joy on social media and wrote: "Exciting start to the year. Now the hard work and fun begins. Proud of you mate @romeobeckham."
And just like his dad, Romeo's been praised for his crossing ability. After he joined Brentford, their B team boss Neil MacFarlane said: "He is very technical, and he is somebody who can shift the ball quickly and cross. He is also a really good finisher and he has the ability to play a number of positions for us, which is also pleasing."

It is only in Africa that a President's son will want to succeed his dad without hard work. Romeo has got to work hard. The name Beckam is so heavy at the moment. my advice; work hard kid, your dad made his name through sweat.
