On June 25, AFC Bournemouth officially announced that they had renewed their contract with goalkeeper Fraser Forster for one year.

The club is delighted to announce that goalkeeper Fraser Forster has signed a one-year contract extension. The 38-year-old goalkeeper joined AFC Bournemouth on a short-term contract in early January. He brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a winning mentality to the club.
Fraser Forster was named in the Premier League Team of the Week four times and played an important role for AFC Bournemouth. In the 19 top-flight matches in the second half of the season, AFC Bournemouth kept six clean sheets and conceded only 19 goals, ultimately finishing 6th in the Premier League.
Richard Hughes, Director of Football, commented on Fraser's new contract: "We are very pleased that Fraser will be staying with us for the upcoming season. The experience and contributions he brings are invaluable to our squad."
"We look forward to seeing him continue to progress as part of our team. He is a key member of our squad and someone who can help drive us forward in the 2024/25 season."
