Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been named All Football Player of the Week.

The 27-year-old started in Chelsea's 2-1 victory over Newcastle United on Sunday, after which the Blues made it three Premier League wins from three.
The Belgium forward fired Chelsea in front from the penalty spot on 76 minutes after Fabian Schar was harshly penalised for a foul on Marcos Alonso.
He also completed 3 dribbles and 5 shots, along with a 90% pass accuracy, to hand Blues flawless start to season.
After World Cup heroics, Hazard now aims to lead the Stamford Bridge giants into a new wonderful season.
