Amad Diallo is flying to Rome to sign paperworks and documents ahead of his move to Manchester United.
The 21-year-old is set to move to Old Trafford in a €30m move plus €10m in add-ons.
The Ivorian striker received his work permit last month and was not included in Atalanta’s squad list to face Sassuolo today.

Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini hopes the Red Devils will loan him out to La Dea until the end of the season once his permanent move to Manchester United is completed.
Football Italia exclusively spoke to Milan legend Giovanni Galli who was Diallo’s first ever scout in Italy. He explained why Manchester United spent as much to sign the promising Atalanta striker.

Really excited to see what he brings to our team. But please United fans, don’t have high expectations for him this season. Don’t be surprised if he doesn’t even make the squad for the entire season. Don’t start crying for him to start before he’s ready. The moment we start hyping the kid up, the media will start building him up just so they can bring him down the moment he goes through a patch of bad form. Don’t give the media the chance to ruin the kid’s career for clicks and views.
