How Man City stars are preparing for pre-season on an extended Treble-winners break

As the stars of the Premier League begin to drift back to England to kick off their pre-season preparations ahead of the looming start of the season, one group of players are conspicuously absent on British soil.

After their history-making Treble win, Manchester City's champions were granted an extended summer break, largely due to the late finishing of their campaign.

Since claiming Champions League glory on June 10, and a triumphant parade through their home city on the following Monday, the players have dispersed for their long-awaited holidays, and while most of their competitors' have come to an end, Pep Guardiola's men are still doing their fair share of globe-trotting.

Erling Haaland blended business with pleasure in the Italian region of Puglia, as he posed for pictures with Kim Kardashian at Dolce and Gabbana's Alta Moda fashion show.

The Norwegian goalscoring behemoth is believed to have inked a £2million contract with the storied Italian designers to endorse the brand in May, and he showed off his style credentials on the night in an appropriately City-blue double-breasted suit paired with a matching gauzey-knit v-neck sweater.

Haaland appeared to extend his stay in the picturesque Italian locale, close to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello, where the couture show was held, posting pictures of a sigh-inducing sunset over olive groves.

Alongside his girlfriend Isabel Johansen, the Norway international has previously whiled away his summer break in Ibiza, enjoying trips to beach clubs including Casa Jondal, and Playa Soleil, where he posed with the so-called 'World Cup's sexiest fan' former Miss Croatia Ivana Knoll.

Jack Grealish - who has become the standard-bearer for the team's jubilant extended celebrations - traded Europe for the Middle East on Monday, jet-setting to Dubai hot on the heels of trips to Las Vegas, the French Riviera, and Spain.

The talented midfielder posted a picture of the iconic Burj Al-Arab hotel lit up against the night sky to his Instagram.

The 27-year-old's latest destination holiday comes just days after the starlet was seen partying in Ibiza at the Blue Marlin club over the weekend.

Grealish was seen dancing with a woman in a blue bikini - later identified as an air-hostess called Dolly - with his shirt unbuttoned and seemingly in high spirits.

The £100m player's girlfriend, Sasha Attwood, who has been with Grealish on-and-off since the pair were 16, opted not to join her boyfriend during his week-long stint on the Spanish party isle, instead plumping for a trip to Italy's Amalfi Coast.

A source told MailOnline: 'Jack loves to have a lads' holiday in the summer, and this one more than ever after winning the Treble. He has worked his whole life for this.'

During his time in Las Vegas, the players stayed at the plush Resorts World Hotel, and on a jaunt to the Cote d'Azur, enjoyed a luxury outing at the famed Hotel du Cap-Eden Roc, and dinner at La Petite Maison in Cannes.

If Instagram is anything to go by, star defender Nathan Ake's pre-season holiday is decidedly more low-key.

The former Chelsea academy graduate was pictured with his wife, Kaylee Ramman, enjoying a twilight meal of steak and risotto at golden hour by the Mediterrean on Monday evening.

Ake and Ramman married in 2022, and the pair looked to be enjoying their break as they beamed at the camera.

Ramman later shared snaps of the view from their hotel room, which overlooks an infinity pool and peaceful wooded hills across an unspoiled bay.

But despite the extension granted to the players by Guardiola, their holidays are set to be over all to soon as they start to prepare for their pre-season fixtures.

Man City will travel to Japan and South Korea in two weeks, playing Yokohama F Marinos and Bayern Munich in Tokyo, and Atletico Madrid in Seoul.

They will then return to London to contest the Community Shield with Arsenal on August 6.
