Kirsty Gallacher has joined BBC 5 Live's football team for the new Premier League season.
Gallacher, who left Sky Sports News in May, will co-host the radio station's Saturday post-match 606 phone-in show with Robbie Savage.
'I am delighted to announce that I am joining the @bbc5live team to host the popular football phone in show 606 this season with my friend @RobbieSavage8... do tune in tomorrow evening at 6pm!' she wrote on Twitter on Friday.
Gallacher announced earlier this year that she would be leaving Sky Sports after 20 years' service.
She said in a statement at the time: 'I have had 20 wonderful years at Sky and will leave with the best memories. I am excited to start a new chapter.'
On Friday, she added: '606 has been on air over 25 years and is staple listening for football fans across the country.
'I'm excited to be joining the team at BBC Radio 5 Live and I can't wait to pair up with Robbie Savage on Saturdays to hear from fans, who we know will always be brutally honest, about their team's performance.'
Gallacher revealed earlier this month that she will be juggling her new job at the BBC with another role at Classic FM.
She said: 'I am delighted to announce that I am joining the @ClassicFm family this summer starting on the 18th August. I can't tell you how excited I am.'

I'd rather look at her than listen to her - especially with loudmouth Savage in tow.

Astonishing how her drink driving has been so overlooked, but Jamie Carragher's spitting episode has not. The BBC obviously never asked for a criminal record's check. How utterly wrong is that!

When you look back to the days of the Saint & Greavsie they were without doubt the best football presenters going so now what do we get mediocre at best and the token woman thrown in for the PC dimwits .

She knows zero about football given a career in presenting because of who daddy is then messing it up by drink driving. She's just another person handed everything. It's more of a reason not to listen too the show. Joke
