Manchester City's hat-trick hero Sergio Aguero has been named All Football Player of the Week.
Aguero highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Ronaldo, Pogba, Lloris & Casemiro to the award.
The Argentinean has levelled a long-time Alan Shearer record after bagging yet another hat-trick, this time in Man City's 6-0 evisceration of Chelsea on Sunday. That saw him equal the Newcastle legend's previous outright record of 11 Premier League hat-tricks.
That day's three goals brought his total tally to 160 in the league for Man City, topping the previous City record (158) set by Eric Brook and Tommy Johnson in the early part of the 20th century.
The numbers are plain to see and mind-bobbling to comprehend: 229 games, 160 goals, five 20-goal seasons (with a sixth surely coming this season; he already has 17 goals to sit atop the scoring leaderboard).
It looks like he's getting better at age 30!

His persevering attitude is exemplary. When his boss preferred the Brazilian over him, he believed in himself never doubting his skills and he is now dragging his team to win the second epl crown in a raw He even makes Pep bigger than he real is. If you take out his goals the Citizens are a mid table club vying for European league spot where they ought to have been. As for Brazilian Jesus, he will always be a mentee and under the colossal shadow of his mentor...who ELSE?
