Messi's wife Antonela poses at 'The Glute Lab' with fellow Miami wag Galera

Antonela Roccuzzo, the wife of Inter Miami superstar Lionel Messi, has been keeping in shape in Florida with a personal trainer famous for his glute exercises.

While Messi himself is away on international duty with the Argentina soccer team, Antonela headed down the The Glute Lab, her new gym in Miami.

She was joined by Elena Galera, the wife of Sergio Busquets and a long-time friend of the couple from their years spent together in Barcelona.

It was Galera who shared a mirror selfie in the Miami gym with the 35-year-old Roccuzzo and she tagged in the world-famous personal trainer Bret Conteras in her post.

Roccuzzo has previously posted pictures from inside Contreras's 'Glute Lab' gym in Miami, also known as the 'Glute House', where she has been keeping fit since moving to the United States.

Conteras calls himself 'the glute guy' and has a website called 'Booty by Bret' where he offers advice on how to 'build your booty' with as little as three hours work a week.

His own Instagram and his business account, which has the handle @BootybyBretofficial, is also packed full with advice for people to keep in top shape.

It has also emerged that Messi and Antonela have bought a sprawling new $10.75million estate in Fort Lauderdale which features 10 bedrooms, a spa room, two boat docks and a swimming pool.

The Argentina superstar - who signed a two-and-a-half-year deal worth $50-60m a season in Major League Soccer - has been looking to expand his property portfolio since joining Inter Miami in the summer.

He already owned a luxury $9m apartment in Miami - and now has two other condos in Sunny Isles Beach, according to reports - but had recently been spotted house hunting with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their son Thiago in the Boca Raton area.

But Messi has now signed off on a new 10,500 square-foot property within the gated community at Bay Colony, one of the floating neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.

On the soccer field, Messi is set to play for Argentina on Tuesday against Bolivia in a World Cup qualifier before returning to the US for Miami's next MLS game, against Atlanta United, on Saturday night.
