Scholes: Bellingham not suited for No. 10 role, he's a box-to-box No. 8

Commentator Scholes believes Bellingham is not suited to play as a No. 10; he is a No. 8 who excels at making forward runs. His strength lies in making late runs from deep to attack the box, and his ball control is sufficient to support this attacking style.

Many people now simply view the No. 10 position as merely running back and forth, but that is not the case. A true No. 10 player can orchestrate the entire team, linking attack and defense together, and this team currently lacks such a player.

Even against weaker opponents, you will eventually miss these types of players—technical players who can create surprises and scoring opportunities on their own."
