Hello AFers! Welcome to All Football Coach of the Month. We list the best coaches of Europe's major leagues every month.
Liverpool boss Klopp, Man Utd boss Solskjaer, Barcelona boss Valverde, Lazio boss Inzaghi, Leipzig boss Nagelsmann are the five nominees for our Coach of the Month for December votings based on their excellent works last month.
1. Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool)
Klopp edged Liverpool closer to Premier League dream after Club World Cup win.
Klopp extended the lead to 13 points with a game in hand after thrashing high-flying Leicester 4-0, having the trophy in sight.
Reds also win their first-ever Club World Cup trophy to complete international treble in 2019.
2. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (Man Utd)
Never look down on Man Utd as Ole has turned his sloppy side into giants killer.
Let's review what they have done: Man Utd beat Man City, Tottenham in the same month and are only 1 point away from top 4.
Ole's side also finished top in Europa League group stage and headed into EFL Cup semi-finals.
3. Ernesto Valverde (Barcelona)
Valverde kept Barcelona unbeaten in all competitions last month.
Barcelona surpassed the test from Real Madrid and Atletico to tighten grip on the top of La Liga.
Valverde also dumped Inter to Europa League to keep Barcelona unbeaten in the Champions League group stage.
4. Simone Inzaghi (Lazio)
It's hard to beat Juventus, but Inzaghi has done it twice.
Lazio ended Juventus' unbeaten run in all competitions and go third in Serie A with a stunning display.
Inzaghi also led his side to Supercoppa Italiana glory, giving Ronaldo first defeat in 12 finals.
5. Julian Nagelsmann (RB Leipzig)
The 32-year-old boss did well with the Bundesliga side for another impressive month.
Leipzig were unbeaten last month, including 4 Bundesliga wins which kept Nagelsmann's side on top above Bayern and M'Gladbach.
They also finished top in Champions League group and will face Tottenham in the knockout rounds.

to show how far consistent we have been in the month of December despite having lots of fixtures and some pretty hard one and only Watford was the blip in the flawless month we should all applauded Solskjaer for how far he and his boys have come and from today we start another very tough month hope we are successful also in this one

Jurgen Klopp fully and undoubtedly deserves the reward, he has pretty much won all the major silver wear and is going to win the premier league soon, plus he has only drawn one game in the EPL this season and compare that to these other managers is just unacceptable, Jurgen is the by far the best and no other manager can surpass him right now!

i would go for leipzig coach he has been excellent this season being first in bundlegisa going to champions league winning with huge margins and staying against Dortmund and Bayern
