Marcus Rashford has looked sharp in England training this week.

The Manchester United striker excelled in a finishing drill and appeared ready to lead the Three Lions attack should Harry Kane, who was rested on Tuesday, be left out against Croatia.
A video of Rashford finding the net seven times at St George's Park was shared on Twitter by United fan account @utdreport.
Although many followers were happy to see Rashford in good form, some expressed their frustration that the 20-year-old has been far less clinical for United — he has only scored once in seven matches for his club this season.
One fan replied: 'Just points out the lack of confidence he has when wearing a Utd shirt'.
Another wrote: 'Shame he can't hit a bard door for us'.
United manager Jose Mourinho appeared to be blamed by a third fan, who tweeted: 'Why Rashford is so good for England is because they actually train and have a system'.
Rashford scored in both of his appearances for England during the last international break, netting in a 2-1 defeat by Spain at Wembley before bagging the winner in a 1-0 victory over Switzerland at the King Power Stadium.
England play Croatia behind closed doors in Rijeka on Friday night, before meeting Spain again in Seville three days later.

training is always going to be good. day after day u do routines, that's where the best players from training routines will start. GAME DAY is a total different thing. often times the coach cannot be blame, he select the best team to start but pressure is higher than in training. RASHY, is an excellent player. but alot have to consider when u look at players, Messi is a natural footballer, like he's born 95% to play football other 5% is for family, friends etc. but how many players have is natural skills...... players often times have to adjust, some games, they are good, some, they just aren't.

what load of rubbish: they have a system. Rather than blame the coach, blame the player who keeps missing glorious chances to score or how is that the coaches fault? He has had more chances to play and more chances to score, compared to Anthony Martial, yet he keeps blundering them....Let him chip in the goals or ship out of Man U.

It is a pity, MAN U is becoming more and more like the former Arsenal while Mourinho is becoming more and more like Wenger every week.Loose 2-3 games condemnations, win one game,Oh, he is good, he can turn things around, then the next round and it will go on like this, for how long?

A player will perform at his best when the manager makes him to know that he can do it even though he doesn't, it will give the player full strength to work and give his all. Kloop backs Mo Sala/his players even when they are not hitting the mark and I'm sure the England manager is rejuvenating him to work more
