Breakthrough? Barca was eliminated twice in UCL when they met Atletico

The Champions League quarter-final matchups are out. Barcelona will play against Atletico Madrid. 

In the Champions League Round of 16, Barca eliminated Newcastle United with an aggregate score of 8-3, while Atletico eliminated another Premier League team, Tottenham Hotspur, with an aggregate score of 7-5. Barca and Atletico will stage a La Liga civil war in the quarter-finals.

Barca and Atletico have faced each other twice in the Champions League knockout stage, with Barca being eliminated both times. Atletico then reached the final both times, but lost to Real Madrid.
