Experts of last DAILY TOPIC: Can Spain regain their glory in 2018 World Cup?
@crazylandlord: It depends on the kind of message in which the manger installs in the mind set of his players.
1) MENTALITY
the mental strength of the players matter a lot because if the mental ability is not captured by positivity this is no possibility that the players can perform a combackabilty provided the availability of the squad
2) LEGITNESS is the players a le git enough they can form a winning habit despite the opponents they face
3) UNITY AND EQUITY
it is understandable that spains team comprises of 5/10 of Madrid and baccalona team with 2/10 of other teams like ATM SEVILLA ATHLETIC CLUB VILLAREAL VALENCIA most players would want to bring in that sense of favouritism at all cost i:e players from big teams would allways want link up plays and and pass the ball to their club team mate, thereby making the players form other small team less important. And this alone can bring down the team spirit and team work.
CONCLUTIONS
If this 3 point of my can be injected into the playes mind set, I think Spain had the qualities and what it takes to return glory to where it belongs
@estera: Hmmmmm....they are pretty fantastic team with amazing individuals who can always make a difference between winning and losing but i do not think that they have enough quality as they had eight years ago when they won the title in RSA. That generation was outstanding , they were total rulers on World football scene , impressive in full sense of the word. This generation lacks charisma , special football touch what was crucial for that past generation . Who could possible forget that generation??? Impossible!! Those players were incredible with amazing football sinergy and compatibility, pure plesure to watch. Spain today are still great, no question about that but there are other more prepared and more quality teams to win this title , especially Germany , France ,Brazil and even Belgium have more chance to win this title than Spain. I am sorry ,I am just being honest and objective ,if they prove me wrong ,I would be the first to congratulate them !!

His philosophy changed the game forever. Total football was behind Netherlands run to the final of 1974 world cup plus he galvanised Barcelona by using same methods. He was a phenomenal player but he gave football more as a coach. He paved the way for La Masia and that changed football forever. We wouldn't have the likes of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and co without it. Plus as a coach Cruyff won 5 La ligas and a UCL with Barcelona. He inspired a generation of Barcelona players like Guardiola, Koeman, who are following his philosophy today and contributing to the beautiful game.

Johan Cruyff's legacy in football will be unmatched for decades and most likely sequels to come, so much more than just a brilliant player and coach. A true visionary and revolutionary figure and will forever be remembered as the most influential man in football history. As a player he is compared to football greats such as Pelé, Maradona, Puskas and Messi. As a coach and football philosopher he influent some of the best managers of all time and was in charge of the Barça "Dream Team" that won nine titles in four years. But most importantly he has implemented the "Cruyffian principles" into world football which will make his legacy remain forever.
