Technically,Madrid again sent clear message that Cristiano is not needed again. Madrid has greater opportunity to win laliga and ucl together even without cristiano. Now juve after exiting ucl at r16 3 seasons in a row and about losing sereaA title to inter would now understand that madrid were more smarter than them by selling cr7 to them for $100m. As you can see madrid made cr7 Mr. champions league and Madrid still shows that they are stronger with or without Cristiano. At ucl and Laliga levels, Madrid has shown again that they make Cristiano better and cr7 was lucky to have such strong team around him. As an individual, cr7 is yet to win Ballondor or Golden shoes since he left Madrid because he need team like madrid / Perez to achieve such. But Without Xavi, iniesta and Nymer Messi won 2 golden shoe 👟 and a Ballondor because team makes cristiano great but Messi makes the team great. Right now see what messi is doing with the likes of Pedri, fati, Ilax moriba, Dest, Meguaza, Arajo, De Jong, puige, etc and with these new young players who are the Barcelona future messi still remains highest goals scorer and highest assist provider, highest numbers of completed dribbles, highest numbers of key passes made etc. but among top players like Morata, Curdrado, Cheisia, Rabiot, Chelinni, Bonucci , etc Still cr7 is still complaining. Ask yourself, will cr7 excel among these present young Bacelona players like Messi is doing?
