My unbiased opinion is Ronaldo & not Mane. Ronaldo was under intense pressure as the star player of the team & a lot was paid to buy him just to be decisive in these games. He had to break at least 3 records for Juventus to advance against a tough Spanish opposition currently 2nd in Laliga yet he netted an unreal Hat-trick to secure the ¼ finals for his side almost single handedly. I think even Barca fans will agree with me on this one.

Frankly, Messi and Ronaldo were amazing and cut above the rest of the players but I would still want Ronaldo to win this UCL nomination because he inspired an amazing comeback that I personally didn’t expect. He deserves praises and should certainly win this nomination over Messi, who in his own right was exceptional today.

Let's be honest what Ronaldo did was very impressive, he single handedly destroyed Aletico, but what made it more spectacular is that his team was facing a deficit and that was the first time Ron would meet such goals this season. But let's not allow that distract us from the fact that Messi's performance overshadowed his, though, Messi as been putting up this kinda performance for some time now, but that does make it any less special this time around. He did and let's appreciate it. #GO LM10!!! 🐐 🐐 🐐

If Liverpool had lost, Klopp would've been blamed not Mane or Salah. If Barca had lost, Valverde would've been blamed not Messi. But if Juventus had lost, the blame would've been on Ronaldo for not performing Superhuman heroics to rescue the team and manager. I think this perspective should make it clear who is the player of the week.

As a Juve fan, I must pay respect to Barcelona fans as they were praising Ronaldo yesterday. So I will admit Messi had a wonderful game against Lyon, beautiful performance, he was mesmerizing defenders and taking on 2-3 men alone. He contributed to 4 goals and played an all around great game. I still think Ronaldo and Mane performed better but I can’t take anything away from Messi, no need to compare. He was great and deserves to be praised as one of the GOATs.

Really?! People are something else! C. Ronaldo must take it, whenever you guys vote for it doesn’t matter but the one who scored goals in a big game must win it. You can imagine Lyon to win at Barcelona also you cannot imagine Messi to scores hat-trick against Atlético Madrid. So, were Juventus 2-0 down against Atlético Madrid and Cr7 scored a hat-trick and helped his side through the quarterfinals. Don’t be thoughtless! Don’t use your heart to judge people but use the rules to judge people.

AF Staff (barca fans) be like, lets set up a poll quick after barca won the match so people still got barca in their mind and vote for messi. But everybody knows, 0-0 against lyon (an easy team) isnt a comeback. 2-0 against athletico and make 3 goals and kick them out is a comeback! People knew barca would win. People didnt know that juventus will win and didnt gave them a chance and was laughing at ronaldo, and ronaldo wrecked them! Easy vote for Ronaldo!

lets be honest here what cr7 did was really great and under such immense pressure not sure even if messi could have pull that. But Messi performance itself was too good, that paneka was a beauty and his 2nd goal itself was worth lot of praise then again what about his run while luring defender during two assists?

each and everyone of them did great... There's no denying Messi was on 🔥..but I'd give the mvp to Ronaldo too.. the amount of pressure of turning 2-0 deficit is huge yet Ronaldo made it look easy pizzy..no doubt RONALDO shud win .
