Erling Haaland, Angel Di Maria, Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Mislav Orsic are the four nominees for Champions League Player of the Week.

Ter Stegen was on hand to deny Dortmund captain Reus on multiple occasions, including from the penalty spot.
Di Maria produced a vintage performance with two goals to help PSG claim a 3-0 home win over Real Madrid.
Haaland scored a first-half hat-trick on his UEFA Champions League debut, where he became the third youngest player to score a UCL treble.
Orsic scored a hat trick as Dinamo Zagreb ended an 11-match losing streak in the Champions League group stage with a 4-0 win over Atalanta.

It has to be Haaland. He is just 19 years of age and still scored a first half hattrick on his UCL debut. Not to mention that he just played 72 mins of football before getting subbed off. Just because he is not from an Elite club like PSG and Barcelona, he is not getting a derseved number of votes. Not to mention another Hattrick Hero Orisc getting just 2.3 % of votes. We need unbiased votes. Awards should be given based on performance and stats, not the choice of 80% biased votes. Why can't you people vote without showing favouritism ?

sorry Stegen, you're not the choice (as you went off the line before penalty taken by Reus)

19 years old. Champions League debut. First-half hat-trick. Erling Haaland. Remember the name. He deserves to be UCL player of the week, if you watch his performances against genk, you will know that Europe has some exciting talent...

Ter Stergen will probably get the most votes, and that's because he's more Popular than the others except Di Maria, and if you check the strength of the teams they all faced, Di Maria deserves to win it. But who am I to argue with Barcelona Mammoth Fans

Saving a penalty is hard so Stegen deserves it he kept a clean sheet through out the match

Ter Stegen and Di Maria are favourites for me. Not because I'm a Barça fan, but because of the calibre of the opposition they faced. Barça played at the domineering Signal Iduna, and only came away with a point due to MATS' performance and sloppy finishing from Dortmund. Di Maria also shone against Real Madrid in the absence of key players Mbappe, Cavani, and Neymar. With all due acknowledgment of the Hattrick heroes, they did very well, but against Atalanta and co. Stegen saved Barcelona blushes from the onslaught that was Borussia Dortmund.

I really feel pity on guys here commenting Ter Stegen doesn't deserve.. I am sure u were the same guys who says why awards are only being given to goal scorers and not to any defenders or mid-fielders.. Really shame.. This also shows how biased u are against Barcelona. I am sure if someome would have scored lot of goals from Barcelona side u would have problems then also.. Guys.. Grow up and understand the margins a goal keeper has in the game and appreciate their efforts..
