It's something he can do. He played for the club, he did it as a player, it's definitely gonna be more difficult as a manager, but he has to win the hearts of the players and if the coaching staff. A tree doesn't make a forest so a victory over Cardiff can't assure united a better future. There has to be cooperation between everyone in that club to achieve any kind of success. The baby face assassin can do it again
