Experts of last DAILY TOPIC: What position would you choose If you could work in your favorite club?
@estera: Which position?? Hmmmm...maybe water girl ?? Uh ,what a demanding job , right? ?Well ,I will give my favourite players cold refreshment.,so it is pretty important !
@Jikailnprz: Director of football for Manunited simply because we need someone in management who knows the game and do what is best in the interest of both the club and the fans. For example: spotting potential signings that you think can fit in with what the club stand for and right now we are in need of one because Woodward is more of a business man to me and need guidance from someone who knows the game.
@Barcelona-Arsenal: I would really like to be the U23 coach for Arsenal or U18 for Barca because it would allow me to work with the future potentials out there
if not, i would really fancy being head Scout/analyzer, though it would be a hard job to get at Barca especially.

The advantages are numerous. But I will list few.. 1 they have played under different managers and also in different competitions and different weather. So this makes them come good. As they will be able to inspire there player and use themselves as references. More they gain the respect of players much more than the coaches who didn't even kick a ball. Guardiola is an evidence of this example. The players are more comfortable and tends to be free with a coach who was an ex - player, as they see him that he has also undergone the same thing he's trying to teach them. If the coach was a champion during his playing days, the players will work hard so as to emulate him.. Just like Zidane, Deschamp, Guardiola, Anceloti. It a big advantage for an ex player to be coach as he brings Simplicity, Valor and Dignity to the team they take charge of.

Coaches who have once be in the pitch have numerous advantages over those who haven’t play before, sometime ms it is easier to understand a player condition because you too might have passed through same situation in playing career. You must come across different management too and you always deploy a good tactics when you are opportune to face the manger, you know what it means to lose a match as player and also as a coach so it make me you prepare best before a match, just to list the few among many.

Ex players tend to have a more personal touch to their coaching as they are aware of dressing room dynamics. They know how to motivate and encourage the team as they have been motivated before in their career. Coaches like Pep, Simeone, Conte, Zidane are good managers because they know how to handle players egos and needs much unlike say Jose Mourinho. Coaches who have enjoyed success during their playing careers also act as role models since players look up to them and try to emulate them. Guys like Pep, Zidane, Deschamps have succeeded as managers because players are always looking to attain a similar level of success. I mean who wouldn't want to be coached by a legend of the game! Ex players are also more versatile tactically as they've been part of various systems throughout their playing careers. Pep has managed to build teams based on Johann Cruyff's ethos of total football having been coached by the legendary Dutchman. Ex players also have the know how to navigate through certain competitions having participated and even won various trophies during their careers.

if you look at it pep and zidane both coached the club they played for they already had a clear mind vision and perspective of what the club wanted how to settle down and what they can do to acheive success.. not all coaches settle down quickly it take so much time but for pep and zidane it was quite easy, they had a clear vision understood the club very well past experience things he learns as. a player of that club... Zidane and Pep are both experienced and talented in their area they settled down quickly in zidane first season he won champions league which lead to the triple treble! 👏 Guardiola in the first season lead Barcelona to a treble, do you now understand what am now saying guys?? I hope you do no criticism about this if you know much about a particular club your coaching it's up and down you will definitely succeed

The advantages are much, but I’ll just mention a few so I can be brief. 1) they know how to approach and talk to players because they themselves has been in such position. 2) they know what motivate players best. 3) and they are always respected by their player especially if they were once a fantastic player their self. 4) they know how football is played in different conditions and pitches so that enable them work better with their players

Formers plays coaching brings about the best of football. Due to their experiences, they survive every situation in football and most of them have played all the football tournament and they know what to possess to win the those tournament . Example is Zinedine who tasted almost every tournament during his career as a player and was able to win Champions League conservatively with Real Madrid. Same applys to former Barcelona player and coach Pep who built a mighty FC Barcelona solid extraordinary talents with the likes of Xavi Hernandez, Iniesta, Gerald Pique , Messi , Busquets and others and not only that everyone could testify that he had transformed EPL hence Man City's EPL trophy and England's performance at the just ended World Cup.These former players know what to do when they take the managerial or coaching positions

Well I think the most obvious and maybe most important is that they’ve BEEN coached. They’ve seen and experienced first hand what makes players unhappy vs what makes them happy they understand being in the other boots so to speak. That’s why sometimes I think managers like Mou have gotten older and further from when they were a player and over time some coaches forget how to deal with their players.

Was it relate to the topic of why many former footballers succeeded in coaching. this is a simple truth, these former footballers knows exactly how it feels like when you are playing especially for a big club. secondly these guys like zidane, pep, conte just to name a few have played for their for a long period of time so the know the philosophy, value and ambition of the club that they once played for. As you may know these coaches really progressed coaching the team's they once played for. like for conte juve pep. bar a and zidane Madrid. they once played there so they know the philosophy and above all the history of the club and what they stand for. an other thing is that these guys use them selves as example when they were active on the pitch, in that case they Will get the players attention and and implement his plans he has cuz they have played football at the highest level and won many trophies and awards both collectively and individually.
