Today our topic is: Who is the luckiest player in history? Why?
Angel Di Maria is my choice. Because he has ever played alongside with Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney, Zlatan and Neymar. He used to play with world’s most prestigious players. Who do you think is the luckiest one?
Last AF Channel topic is: What is the best football comeback of all times?
@as_win10: Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford, 25 April 2009.
After the first half, United was trailing by two goals very surprisingly. But the second half was an absolute Dominance from Manchester United led by Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo. Tottenham not only can't defend their lead they conceded five goals in a matter of 22 minutes. Tottenham lost the match with a three goal margin. Also in a matter of 5 minutes, they conceded three goals{67,68,71}. Manchester United crowd was so confident and they were supporting every time. Rooney, Ronaldo and Berbatov were the scorers. Also I am very much missing our early team. Manchester United is always a team with surprising comebacks.
This is one of my favourite comebacks.
@AnshuPaul: The greatest come back in my sense according to the importance of the match is that made by France national team against Italy in the UEFA EURO 2000 final.
Italy was 1-0 ahead of France by the breakthroughs of Delvecchio in early 2nd half of the match.
Then France coach roger Lemaire made two important substitutions. Wiltord and David Trezeguet. Wilford balanced the score in 90 + 3 minutes to take the match in extratime. then the golden goal rule was active. The first goal getting the side in extra time will be chosen as the champion. at this background, David Trezeguet finished the match with a stunner at 103 minutes. and France took the EURO for 2nd time and continue their success after winning FWC 1998.
It was a remarkable come back I think in my memory.

From 4-0 to 4-4 till 90 min, then 5-4 and again 5-5 and finally Arsenal managed to win with 7-5.
@Charlesugwu: History will not forgive me if I failed to mention the 1996 Atlanta Olympic game between Almighty Brazil versus Nigeria. Nigeria came from 3:0 down to win 4:3, courtesy golden goal by KANU Nwankwo. Brazil hadn't lost in about 26 games prior to that match.

In my opinion it has to be, angel Di Maria! He played with big players like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar and the lord Zlatan! Playing with Ronaldo or Messi is a pleasure. But playing with al these players is a dream!❤️

I think one of the luckiest player to play football is Toni kroos ...his mistake in WC final vs Argentina could have given Argentina the lead and even WC but due to higuain's wastefulness Germany survived and won in the extra minutes....and even in this WC his mistake gave a team(I don't know which country it was) a goal and only in extra time he was able to score the winner through a free kick and kept Germany alive only to get kicked out in the next game by Korea...moreover after his coming he has won three ucl's with Madrid and has played alongside the best cr7 and is playing for the best club in the world. ...many footballers dream of being in a situation in which kroos is....

Luckiest is surely Dybala... He might be the only guy in this world right now to be benched by Messi and Ronaldo simultaneously... 😂😂😂

Raphael Varane [doggreen] Burst into first team under Mourinho, all upcoming Managers used him, was not mischievous so replaced PEPE. Won 3 Champions League made history and then got the World Cup replacing Laurent Koscileny(injured) in the starting XI. He is just 25, very talented lad who directly burst into Madrid with little experience playing in Lens. Real Madrid

Obviously Messi. Having been playing with the best player of previous decade (Ronaldinho), best midfielders ever (Xavi and Inietsa), best forwards of its time (Henry,Eto and Suarez), best player currently (Neymar). Who else?)

People are jst commenting here without really analyzing the meaning of the term lucky.In ma own opinion a lucky player should be some one who has achieved lot without contributing much.And a perfect example is CR7.Euro 2016,CL 2014,CL 2016,CL 2018.Although he was the top scorer in these tournaments(euro excluded)but his dominance was rarely felt either in the semi finals or finals.He scored all his goals in the group stage and when the big guns come he disappeared but yet his teammates cover up for him,like Ramos in CL 2014,Eder in euro2016,Ramos 2016 and Bale 2018.The unluckiest has been Messi,coz his teammates have never cover up for him when he doesn’t perform well.In a match were Messi doesn’t perform to his standards Barca/Argentina hv 80% chances of loosing.
