Social media has been quick to point and laugh after a fan of the Real Madrid man had an interesting take on his idol's face shaved into his head.
The internet has been quick to take the mickey after a photograph emerged online of a Sergio Ramos fan who, in a bid to show his devotion to the Real Madrid captain, had the player's face shaved into the back of his head - but, it's fair to say, didn't get exactly what he asked for.
Football website Goal.com took to Twitter yesterday with the photo, in which the image of Ramos used as inspiration can be seen below what can only be described as an Ecce Homo-esque version of his face etched into the back of the unfortunate supporter's head.
"When your idol is Sergio Ramos, but you get a trainee hairdresser," quipped Goal's community managers, with a comment by one follower of the account comparing the depiction of Ramos to Wilson, the volleyball used as a companion by Tom Hanks' character in the film Castaway.
"Wilson, is that you?" chortled Twitter user @miguelsotosoto.
