Arsenal Fan TV host Robbie Lyle has taken to social media to show off his weight loss progress by showing the clothes he used to wear.

Lyle has been on the journey for a while and has been vocal about it on his platforms in the past.

And on Saturday, the 52-year-old demonstrated visually his progress by trying on a suit he first had made up just over 18 months ago.

Wearing the attire, Lyle revealed he has now lost seven inches off his waist since having it tailored to his previous waistline.

'I took my pride and joy bespoke Thierry Henry suit back to @cobybull today for it to be taken in,' he wrote as a caption on Instagram accompanying the pictures.

'I’ve lost a lot of weight since they made it for me back in October 2023. I’ve actually lost 7 inches off my waist. The suit was made using an authentic match worn Thierry Henry @arsenal shirt.

'Thanks @cobybull and it was also great to catch up.'

Lyle has recently attributed his weight loss to 'nature's ozempic' which is commonly known as berberine.

As per MedLine, berberine helps strengthen the heartbeat and can also kill bacteria, help regulate how the body uses sugar in the blood and help reduce swelling.

It's one of the key components within supplements made by wellness brand Oxford Natural, which Lyle has used to help undergo his impressive body transformation.

Speaking in a video for the brand's Instagram account, Lyle explained: 'Robbie here! Listen, I just want to big up Dr Andre and also big up all of the guys over there at Oxford Natural Clinic.

'These supplements have really been helping me! The Optimum Day, the Optimum Night. This one really helps me to get a good night sleep.

'This one's really been helping me balance my diet, helping me with my metabolism and I tell you what, I've lost a lot of weight.

'I feel really good. I'm training, I'm eating well and these supplements have really, really helped me. So, big up to them!'

Fans have already been quick to notice the body transformation of Lyle, with one posting a side-by-side comparison of the presenter months apart. The caption read: 'Fair play to Robbie on his weight loss'.

According to Oxford Natural's website, the supplements will supposedly 'provide enhanced weight management control, optimised metabolism, and blood sugar support'.

Berberine has been a fixture in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years to treat myriad conditions including pink eye, itchy skin, high blood sugar, and urinary tract infections, among other bacterial infections.

As well as Lyle, former Liverpool star Michael Owen is another ex-pro who has endorsed the Oxford Natural products.

In a quote on their website, Owen claims that he's lost 'over 15kg' since taking the supplements.

In a clip, he said: 'Hey guys, I just want to say thanks to Oxford Natural Clinic. Since I've been on their programme with Dr Andre, I've lost 15kg. Quite a transformation!'
