Hellas Verona have officially signed defender Mert Cetin from Roma, on loan with option to buy at the end of the season.
The Turkish centre-back joined the Giallorossi last summer from Genclerbirligi, but made only six Serie A appearances.
He had undergone his medical with Verona on August 5 and the transfer was completed today.
It is a loan deal with an option to make it permanent.
However, Roma also have a counter-option, believed to be worth €15m to bring Cetin back to base.
Aged 23, he has one senior cap under his belt for Turkey.
