Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has agreed to join Juventus

Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is poised to leave Lazio at the end of the season and reports in the Italian media suggest that Juventus have an agreement in place with the Serbian international.

Juve are said to be infatuated by Milinkovic-Savic, whom they've been linked with for several years, and the club have already put in the groundwork for the midfielder to join this summer.

The Lazio star is enjoying a superb season in the capital and he's the exact profile of midfielder that Juventus require. He's a physical phenomenon with impressive technical attributes who frequently wreaks havoc in the opposition's box.

Milinkovic-Savic is one of just two players who's notched double-digit goals (ten) and assists (11) in Serie A this season.

Calcio Mercato reporter Daniele Longo understands that Milinkovic-Savic will leave Lazio this summer but names Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain as the leading contenders for his signature.

Claudio Lotito is set to demand around €80m for the midfielder's services this summer, which could deter Juventus. Although, the player is believed to be keen on staying in Italy amid interest from overseas.

La Gazzetta dello Sport's Fabiana Della Valle (via @JuveFC), who was the first to break the news of Dusan Vlahovic's switch to Turin, writes that the Bianconeri have an 'agreement in principle' with the midfielder. The two parties are said to have agreed on a five-year contract worth €4m a year.

However, Juve are yet to reach an agreement with Lazio.

Della Valle adds that should Milinkovic-Savic arrive, Juventus will not sign another regista which could force Manuel Locatelli into a deeper role with Arthur Melo poised to be sold.
