Neymar's hairstyles have caught as many eyeballs as his performance in FIFA 2018. Let's have a look!
1. Owning the curls
There's only one respectable way to deal with your curls — own the heck out of them. It's an absolute sin to comb them out or pretend like they don't exist. Add the two-day beard to the equation like Neymar here, and you've got yourself a winning look.
2. Faded sides and stylish bangs
Neymar has had a special history with his bangs. But we like them the best here. With shaved sides and hair that's naturally brushed forward, the footballer pulls off the perfect balance of style and practicality (you don't want your hair in your eyes when you're scoring, do you?)
3. Shave it off
No hair? No problem. This is clean AF look is must try for anyone who likes to experiment with their locks. It's important to mix things up from time to time.
4. The platinum short cropped
The trick is to find a colour that stands out against your skin — something that Neymar did splendidly. The short length gives him an edgy, bad-boy and coupled with the platinum blonde locks, you'd think the footballer had ditched PSG for Slytherin. Another smart move here: the dark stubble compliments his light hair beautifully.
5. Mohawk with highlights
The Brazilian forward's worst mohawk phase was in 2011, but he came out of it a strong survivor. Neymar's hairstyles have since evolved a fair bit, and Mohawk 2.0 — the highly groomed, shorter one with messy blonde highlights — isn't something you should shy away from.
6. Fear them dreds
With his sides almost completely shaved off, Neymar's short dreadlocks ponytail makes him look more badass than ever. And it helps that it's next to impossible to miss his striking tattoos here.
7. The hairband
One thing that Neymar does better than Messi for sure is the headband look. Those curls slicked back with a thin black hairband have a personality of their own.
8. The high and tight
You might have figured out by now that Neymar loves shaved faded sides. And he should! They do wonders for him. This short-cropped curly number is one of our favourite variations of the high and tight look.
