Barcelona will host Inter at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night and many of the Blaugrana's supporters will be keeping a close eye on Ernesto Valverde's line-up to see if Lionel Messi or Ousmane Dembele are included in the XI.
Both players have been included in the matchday squad, with the Argentine returning after having picked up another injury in the win over Villarreal on September 24 while the Frenchman pulled out of the squad to face Getafe on Saturday just hours before kick-off with discomfort.
Valverde's side come into the Inter game amidst an institutional crisis, with Gerard Pique sending a strong message to the board after the win at Getafe, and despite the relatively decent results against Borussia Dortmund, Villarreal and Getafe, they will be determined to respond with a good performance on Wednesday night.
The last-minute injury to Junior Firpo complicates matters for Valverde as he will have to play someone out of position, with Nelson Semedo the most likely to fill in.
Inter, meanwhile, are now led by Antonio Conte and have thrived from day one in Serie A, winning all of their games, but they slipped up in the Champions League, drawing 1-1 at home to Slavia Prague on matchday one.
