Chelsea take on Fulham in the final match of the Premier League Summer Series and a win for the Blues will see them win the tournament at FedEx Field

Mauricio Pochettino has sprung some surprises with his team selection against Fulham, with Chelsea having the possibility of wining some silverware on Sunday afternoon. A win will see the Blues finish top of the Premier League Summer Series.

Ben Chilwell and Malo Gusto are set to provide the width on Sunday afternoon as they replace Reece James and Marc Cucurella respectively.

Andrey Santos starts alongside Enzo Fernandez for the first time with Carney Chukwuemeka set to play a more advanced role in the centre of the pitch. The former Aston Villa youngster will support a front three of Christopher Nkunku, Raheem Sterling and Mason Burstow, who made his first senior outing against Newcastle earlier in the week.

That sees Ian Maatsen miss out on a start for the first time this summer and Nicolas Jackson falls to the bench after his goalscoring exploits last time out.

Chelsea XI: Slonina, Gusto, Silva, Humphreys, Chilwell, Santos, Fernandez, Chukwuemeka, Sterling, Burstow, Nkunku.

Substitutes: Kepa, Bergstrom; Chalobah, Colwill, James, Cucurella, Maatsen, Gilchrist; Hall, Gallagher, Casadei; Angelo, Moreira, Jackson, Mudryk
