Dembele's chef: Ousmane has improved his eating diet and sleeping time

The highly intense training of Barca is the reason behind Dembele's major cause of injuries, according to L'Equipe.

French outlet L'Equipe reported that Dembélé is positive, motivated and more than ever determined to succeed in Barça.

"There are no processed foods in his diet, now he only eats healthy and fresh products," explains Anthony Audebaud, the full-time chef hired by Dembélé this season.

"It's true that Ousmane has improved his sleeping times. But all young players of this generation like Mbappé, Mendy and Lucas sleep late. We can't ask Ousmane to be like Lloris for example. Their lives are different."

"Ousmane, he's good at football. He is a very homely and calm boy, there is never a party at home. Now there is a schedule at home, everything is written, it is very professional," the chef told L'Equipe.

When looking for reasons about his injuries, L'Equipe finds that he was not injured in both Rennes and Dortmund.

The Frenchman has specific physiology that makes him an ideal footballer to dribble, be explosive and fast, something that requires that the training for his muscles be more of a sprinter than those of a player just touching the ball, such as the rest of his classmates.
