Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic continues to be linked with a transfer to Stamford Bridge despite Mauricio Pochettino having already signed two new attackers at Chelsea
The 23-year-old still has three years remaining on his current contract with Juventus, but could be heading for the Allianz Stadium exit. According to Calciomercato, Vlahovic is eager for a new experience and his agent Darko Ristic has held talks with United, Arsenal and Chelsea over a potential move to England.
Juventus are in a strong position to demand a huge transfer fee to let the 23-year-old leave the club. The Italian outfit could be open to selling their star striker, but want a whopping £77million fee to part ways with Vlahovic.
A formal approach is yet to be made by any of the three clubs interested in the Serbian and it is unclear as to whether Juve would be willing to lower their asking price to facilitate a move for Vlahovic - given his desire to leave the club. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have also been linked with a move for the Juve star.
Italian journalist Rudy Galetti has revealed that Pochettino sees Vlahovic as the perfect man to lead the line under his stewardship. Galetti told GIVEMESPORT: “The Blues could make a concrete move for the Serbian, especially because the next manager, [Mauricio] Pochettino, considers Dusan the ideal striker for his tactical idea.
“The player likes the destination and reaching an agreement on personal terms wouldn’t be a problem. Let’s keep an eye also on Bayern Munich, who have Vlahovic at the top of their list along with Harry Kane.”
Who would you keep or sell at Chelsea this summer...?
