As reported, Paul Pogba is beginning to regret his move to Manchester United. He left the Bianconeri in the summer of 2016 for what was then a world record fee of €110m.
So far this season he has provided three goals and 10 assists, but Pogba's relationship with manager Jose Mourinho is becoming increasingly strained, and the French international is unhappy with the Red Devils' style of play.
So in retrospect, is returning to Man United a right decision for Pogba?

Experts of last DAILY TOPIC: Why is La Masia so successful in producing good players?
@omp:
Their style of coaching is like no other, they focus on technique, controlling the game and playing the ball on the ground. If you would watch any of their youth teams play, you would see that they all play a very similar game and style, this makes it easy for the players to adapt when they are promoted. From the early ages of 8, the players start learning to play the Barcelona way, the famous tiki-taka game. The club's philosophy plays a key role in the development of their players. Messi, who graduated out of La Masia and has been called as the best player ever, has stated "As a kid they teach you not to play to win, but to grow in ability as a player. At Barca, we trained every day with the ball, I hardly ever ran without a ball at my feet. It was a form of training aimed very clearly at developing your skills".
La Masia is one of the best at producing quality players because it is based on a completely different concept compared to other academies.
La Masia teaches the youth players the concept of Total Football, and it is one of the only academies in the world to do so. La Masia provides the children with amazing lessons from a very young age, which hones them into great players. They are taught tiki-taka, or short, quick passing, dribbling, shooting, and the works, but most importantly, they are taught how to read the game properly and how to apply their intelligence in football. Also, in all Barça academies ranging from the Juvenil A to the Barça B team, focus is made not on winning as many trophies as possible, but learning to play the Barça way, so that the graduates can be integrated into the first team as smoothly as possible.
La Masia is also unique because it looks for children with raw talent rather than good physicality, as many other academies/clubs do. They focus on brain rather than brawn, dedicating more attention to intelligent, quick-thinking players rather than strong, aggressive ones. Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, Busquets etc. are all La Masia graduates, and some of the best players in the world, and none of them are very physical but immensely talented.
Another reason why La Masia produces good players is because of its wide network of excellent scouts, who forever remain in the search of talented young players from all around the world, and entice them to join Barça. And joining la Masia is a very attractive offer indeed, because la Masia boasts of the highest quality facilities, professional coaches, and also top class education while in the academy. La Masia has a very good reputation, due to which the most talented youngsters from all over the world flock to join it.
La Masia still produces some of the highest quality players, with talents like Carles Alenã, Arnáiz, Palencia, Cucurella, David Costas, Oriol Busquets, Ortola and young Xavi Simons who are all regarded as the upcoming superstars of football. La Masia graduates are unique as they have a very good understanding of the semantics of the beautiful game, and are thus much sought after by other clubs as well.
