The Brazilian's impressive performances have drawn the attention of Leeds United and two other unnamed sides.
Per Italian outlet Firenze Viola, Fiorentina are willing to sell Julio for a fee of around £17 million.
The source goes on to suggest that European teams are also chasing Julio.
The 24-year-old is being linked to La Liga sides Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Real Betis.
