The Champions League returned to Anfield with typical ferocity on Tuesday, with Liverpool overcoming PSG 3-2 thanks to Roberto Firmino's stoppage time strike.
Since Liverpool made their way back into Europe's premier club competition last season, Firmino's form has been as good as anyone to have played in the tournament.
Tuesday's dramatic late winner against PSG means he has scored 11 goals in the competition, leaving him second only to Cristiano Ronaldo (15) since 2017-18.
But the Brazil star is level with Ronaldo when it comes to involvement in goals. Firmino has assisted seven and Ronaldo has assisted three, meaning they tie on 18.
Ronaldo has the opportunity to move ahead of Firmino on Wednesday when he makes his bow in the Champions League for Juventus away to Valencia.
There are four Liverpool players, including Firmino, who are listed in the top 13 players to have been involved in their side scoring.
Unsurprisingly, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are the duo behind Firmino.
Salah has scored 10 and assisted four, while Mane has netted 10 and set up one.
James Milner got his first Champions League goal for Liverpool from the penalty spot against PSG but last season, set a new tournament record with nine assists in 2017-18.
Liverpool's Champions League campaign resumes in two weeks, away to Napoli.
