Former Chelsea goalkeeper Marcin Bulka admits he is concerned for the health of Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri.
Bulka left Chelsea last summer for Paris, having worked for a season with Sarri.
He told Foot Truck: "He can do specific training for a week. Corners, fouls, outings ... He has many exercises to counterattack or for other things that can be boring.
"He does not lead a way of life too healthy. He smokes three packets a day and drinks coffee like crazy. He can smoke a pack at a coffee break.
"I'm a little worried about what will happen if he stays that way."
